Anyone know what Man City's record is like at Boro?

We all know away to Wigan is never a win. Is Boro also a bogey location for City?

I remember some clashes with Boro in the times of Juninho, Gio, and Merson and they always always beat us.

Have times changed?

well on the positive side. City hadn't scored away to Bolton for 5 years and we scored 3 there in the tie so...maybe things are changing?

Not great...

02/03: Lost 3-1
03/04: Lost 2-1
04/05: Lost 3-2
05/06: Drew 0-0
06/07: Won 0-2
07/08: Lost 8-1
08/09: Lost 2-0

This will be the 125th meeting between these two clubs with Middlesbrough winning 48 compared to Manchester City's 49 victories while there have been 27 draws.

Boro and City have been drawn against each other in the FA Cup on four occasions with Middlesbrough coming out on top in three of them.

The last time they faced each other in the FA Cup was on 15 February 1997 when Juninho scored the only goal of a fifth round tie at Maine Road as Middlesbrough won 1-0.

Middlesbrough ran out as 2-1 winners at Ayresome Park on 4 January 1992 when the two clubs last met at the third round stage.

Middlesbrough have lost just once at home to Manchester City since December 1977, winning 13 and drawing five from 19 matches.

dreadful record against them over the years, home and away !
Think we'll win today tho' :)
