I gave it to Marhez and I thought Rodri was brilliant in the first half. We didn't keep the ball so well in the second half. John was at his best and Mendy. Kevin looked better for having a rest in midweek. Good all round display.
 
Great quality from Mahrez for the goals, especially the first two which gave us a cushion and allowed a confident performance to follow.

Delighted to see Stones producing what he’s capable of.

Nobody had an off day today.
 
Glad to see praise for stones. Showed himself to be far superior than Garcia and clearly ahead in peps thinking at last.

stones is very good on the ball and has had a dodgy few years with confidence, injuries and off field issues. He could be a real asset in the squad given its impossible to have just two CB’s and would be good not to have to outlay more money in defence when elsewhere now needs improvement.

Judging by Pep's post match comments, he's ahead of Laporte too in the pecking order for now.
