The ONLY person who could possibly say “FFS Mahrez” after that hat trick is John Stones! Had a great game, but still couldn’t get a MOTM!

Several good performances including Stones and Mendy but my vote goes to hat trick hero FFS Mahrez :)

Stones or Gundogan for me. Burnley were abject going forward in the first half so Gundogan would have been my MOTM with his movement and constant recycling of the ball... however, when they had a bit of a go second half, Stones was outstanding.
Two further points, Mahrez had his best game for a long time, and it's a good job Mendy scored with his attempt because Jesus (although he didn't move towards the ball) was offside in the middle.
Job done, bring on Porto.

John Stones won every header, every tackle, every block, was even out on the wing blocking a shot in the 91st minute, completed what seemed like every pass...

Stones was excellent and I hope the performance was an indication that his confidence is high. When he puts in those type of performances ( ok Burnley were shit I get that ) you can see why Pep enthused about him previously.

Really hope he pushes on now .

Mahrez should probably win it, but I went for Stones as he hardly put a foot wrong and after his fall from grace has he finally found his mojo again.
Always had/has the talent but usually a brain fart a game has been his Achilles heel .Has he now turned the corner?
