Gave my vote to Sergio. Never stopped running, chasing and harassing and playing for the team. All the more impressive as he could have been forgiven for actively seeking his 200th goal by playing with a selfish attitude.

Would have liked to give it to 1 of the defence for a change, but they had so little to do, that that was not possible so I gave it to Ilkay Gundogan stood out for me, just ahead of both David and Bernado Silva.

Gundo for me - top class performance. Always available for a pass, lays it off, moves and goes again. Instrumental in creating space in the middle.

He made a couple of great darts forward too when he found himself in space.

While Zinchenkos link up play was excellent there were 2 moments of rashness that he needs to eliminate from his game.
The obvious one was the booking but I was more concerned with his slide in on Moses when he shot wildly over the bar.
A top quality player at any of our potential opponents in the CL would have seen the slide coming in and placed a foot to get nicked for a stonewall penalty and it's these little things that make the difference in tight matches.
