He also set up the second making that run behind the defence before finding Sane to cross, its those runs that some times go unnoticed but drag the defence around leaving space for others.

I thought Laporte was excellent so cool in defence made zero mistakes and played some great passes out either short in to midfield finding players in space or that left to right long ball switch.

I noticed that too. His long cross-field balls are becoming almost as good as Aleks'.
 
Is there any way that bluemooners could see the MOTM votes without voting themselves? I missed the first half yesterday so can’t realistically vote, but would love to see who people thought played best. Currently, I vote for a random player and then change my vote to match the majority. Difficult this week though with Raz and Kev so close in the voting. This seems as fair as I can get but is suboptimal.
 
What a difference Sane makes. Sterling and Sane are unplayable. Kev is back and Vinny never lets us down. Probably go for Kev as he’s back.
 
With Walker and Gundo having good games I'm guessing this is going to be a quiet post for the debbie downers.

KDB was sensational - he ran the show, back to his vintage best. Just needs a rocket of a goal - which I feel is coming soon!
 
Very professional performance (apart from the wall!!) and epitomised by Walker doing his job superbly. KDB gets my vote, Raz and Ilkay very good too but all played their part and it was nice to see Leroy and Benj on the left again
