Whole team were brilliant - Sane was devastating - but Silva just sat in there and orchestrated it all, he set the tempo, the mood, called the tune, brought each player in and gave them a stage on which to play. - wonderful player, playing better than he ever has - and that's saying something!
Silva then Sane, KDB and Fern. I have to say that if Silva keeps up his current performance levels he will overtake KDB as my POTS. Since the Liverpool game he has been on a another level to mere mortals
Spanish Dave was, once again, unplayable. He's playing like a man possessed at the moment, controlling the game, setting the tempo and mixing it with anyone. An extra bonus from last night was the sight of Looney looking bewildered and lost for 50 odd minutes -i counted 2 touches from him- before being hooked.
Honourable mentions for everyone else including Laporte at left back and the marvellous Fernandinho.
