A nervy start against a Madrid team that pressed really hard and high. Thought as a team we got through that and Laporte’s early injury really well and there were a lot of impressive performances from City. MoM for me, Jesus our Superstar.

Everyone played well. Walker and Gundo were superb. But that was Gabi’s best game in a City shirt!

Jesus and KDB looked so confident and dangerous all match ... but everyone was 'good' to 'great' ... well done, City !

Hard to decide, Walker, Rodri, Otamendi, all made mistakes, but all had decent games, especially Walker. I thought Mendy was excellent, Ederson made a brilliant save in the first half, KdB goal and assist, Fernandhino was brilliant when he came on, but has to Gabby for his work rate in a position he's unfamiliar in especially the getting back to defend, and the went forward and scored.

Great night to be a City supporter, when they scored I expected 2 or 3-0, which I expected before the game anyway, as I thought we'd get fucked over by the officials.
