Bernardo pips Eddie for me, instrumental in the goal, should have had a pen and just never stops. He must be the fittest player in the league.
Special mention for Laporte, showed great character after Wednesday.
 
Ederson , if he had played to the same level in the Champs league we would be in the semi-finals , he was brilliant today and he saved us from a crushing defeat , Bernardo was his usual workaholic self and Foden is worthy of a mention , given the chance he is a potential 20 goals a season midfield player , his driving runs into the opposition area will bring a lot of goals for the lad.
 
I'm shocked Ederson is not walking this. Bernado was great, but Ederson is the reason we are currently#1
 
If Ederson does not win this it’s a joke , Bernardo you sir are a joy 2 watch
 
Thing I am liking about Bernie more and more is not that he is just a brilliant footballer is his passion. He’s not afraid to give it out either.
 
Torn between 2 of the smallest players who showed the most bottle and fight.
Bernardo had another all action performance, showing plenty of skill and vision as well. He's turning into a real gem.
And then we get to Sterling. Maybe not the best footballing display from him but the battling side of his game reared its head. He took them all on in those last twenty minutes and showed qualities we've rarely seen before. He lead from the front and the others followed suit.
Sometimes a stunning goal, a mazy dribble or a cute back heel can win you games. On a day like yesterday, fight and determination were required and the team, and Sterling in particular, had it in spades.
 
Bernie & Foden was great but ederson won us the 3 points yesterday after silly defensive mistakes.
