From a personal point of view, I'd have the latest fixture at the bottom plus I'd have the date in a DD/MM/YYYY format if only for presentation purposes.
Overall though it's a great idea and I particularly like the second and third MOTM that you've included as some players may seldom get a MOTM but are always up there (Gareth Barry springs to mind).

Maybe you can give points.. say 6 for first, 3 for second and 1 for third so that they can be added up at the end of the season to see it agrees with the chosen POTS.

I also thought it might be interesting to overlay the goal scorers. Perhaps highlight them. Interesting to see how that plays into things. I will work on it this weekend.

Yeah you could add the goal scorers but that information is easily accessible elsewhere - try not to make it so burdensome that it ends up becoming a chore to complete.

Updated the original post through 10/23. Tried a points system for each place. Still a work in progress!

I started compiling MotM statistics a couple of seasons ago, but I never carried it through.

Keep it up; I love it.
