What I want to know is, do commentators get a back-hander every time they repeat “Manchester United” in full, say a tenner on account. The MOTD2 commentary last week was littered the expression, quite inappropriately. The woman commentator only said “United” once and unnaturally hurried to correct herself as if she was thinking she would miss out there. Lockdown has done funny things to people’s minds so I am not sure if it’s me or am I getting paranoid.
A sign of the times and global media means coverage things are changing with Man United and ManU increasingly used. I have no problem with Man City or just City but have been surprised by the increase in us being referred to as Manchester City and on occassion just Manchester!

We are heading to the tipping point where City are universally recognised as the dominant team in Manchester and the rags the history club like Preston, Sunderland, Huddersfield, Aston Villa etc. Question is will they now put up a banner at Old Trafford counting how many years since they last won a trophy?

That's what Newspapers are for fella.

The Rags will play out of their skin today , this is their only chance to appease their plastic fanbase for another disastorous season at the Swamp , unfortunately the team we have doesnt give any quarter , we do not have to raise our game Pep has the players playing at the top level in every game at the moment
Today's derby game sums up the Rags , they will play 100% and aggressively but they will f*ck up next week against West Ham , because their whole football club is built on social media , shirt sellling and other bullshit.
The Rags make money , we make history.
