I've got the day off work on Friday to go out on the markets with my mates (obviously carrying on into the night!). I'll have a bad head on Saturday after all that German beer and Glühwein!!

Yeah they are pretty good but a lot of the food and beer is over priced

is ok for a short visit - half an hour or so. if its the same as last year that mulled wine place which does all sorts of different drinks is great. £3 for a tiny cup is a bit steep though. going to get our tree from their this year, my flat mate keeps banging on about wanting a real one.

A good experience for getting you 'up for Christmas' but like others, I've noticed prices creeping up year on year.
Great for Manchester City centre, and as I'm not often in Albert Square, it's always a reminder of when Frank his head out of the window and worked the crowd below.
IMO, better Christmas markets on the continent though, especially Hamburg.
