Happy days. That 3-1 derby win at the swamp was one of the most momentous ever. And I remember that Joe Corrigan calamity well. He recovered to become a good un though. Malcolm Allison had a really fit daughter, as I recall.
That's a nice read. The guy appears to be a Chelsea fan, so it's pleasing to see some recognition from a supporter of another team. I note that h wrote that piece after seeing James Lawton appear with Joe Corrigan and Tommy Booth at a sports writing festival in London at the back end of 2015.
