Your experiences as a football fan matter. As part of a research project at the University of Oxford, I'm interested in how and why people become so passionate about football and what being a fan really means. Although football fans have attracted a lot of attention from the media and academia, this has been largely negative. I’m keen to find the more positive side of the fan experience from fans of 10 Premiership teams, including Manchester City.
