Manchester City Folklore - new book by Gary James

It isn't yet in the City Store but my publishers are working on it and hoping that it may be there before the Everton game but if you want to guarantee your copy it'd be worth ordering it direct from one of the websites or popping in to Waterstones in Greater Manchester.

Thanks for the comments. Much appreciated. The aim was to make it one of those books you can just pick up but still pack it with some detailed material. Often those books are fairly lightweight in terms of research and material but I wanted to make sure this was different. This had to be as well researched as my others but done in a lighter style. It seems to have worked. Thanks.
 
An update on availability - the City Store ordered some and they were delivered about two weeks ago. They’re advertising it on the MCFC Store website but I’ve not seen them in the actual stores yet. If you are going to the match tomorrow it will hopefully be in the store. I’d hoped it’d be in there for the last couple of games but I’m sure it will be available soon. If you’re after a copy for Christmas (perhaps as a gift for your LFC or MUFC friends to teach them about history and to encourage them to learn a few facts) then maybe it’s best to get one from Waterstones in town or via Ginger Wig’s stalls. If you’ve already bought one for yourself or as a gift I hope it’s all you hoped it would be. Merry Christmas and all of that.
