Yes same here. Pretty sure It was Cup final day and missed watching the final (luckily) also.

Some real dark humour shown on the walls of the stadium with all the graffiti mocking the delays and organisation.

Incredibly it was better organised than for the semi final against Wigan where they gave out raffle tickets but many of those, after queueing for 8/9 hrs, never got a ticket even though there number was within the 300 hundreds and it was a max of two per person.
 
Noone seems to mention this but didn't Dickovs shot get a slight deflection. I love the little fellow but without that who knows where the shot would have gone. Probably not in the net though.

I remember listening to the radio commentary of the two goals on the way to watch the QPR game to gee me up. Little did I know what was in store. Wonderful, wonderful day. We are very lucky to have such great memories.
 
Personal think we'd be fucked. We were near enough fucker before the sheikh took over. One or two more seasons down there, Like someone else said, we would have been another forest.
 
Listening to the atmosphere: we sang Blue Moon better back then, much more smooth and in a lower key rather than barked out at a high pitch like we do now.
