A walk of fame should only contain visionaries or leaders in their fields. People who made a difference. Changed the world. Achieved stuff through their own endeavours. I'm not sure dancing like a prat counts. Nor being a thick dinner lady. In fact very few people on that list deserve it.

Lowry. Same as.
Storey. Yup.
At a push Tony Wilson for the music scene he helped start/ created.


The list should have included the likes of Daniel Adamson, Sir John Alcock, Arthur Harden, David Lloyd George etc etc.

Even Lee Rigby might have a claim.

But not the rest. A some actors, a couple of squabbling brothers and a few gingers do not "stars" make.
