I know there are a few of us on here who read it, but I've just taken a look over the Mancini Gallery in the Guardian and a few of them are really funny. I'm posting the link for people because after searching the forum (yeah, and I'm still laughing at the Damocles Nazi video - nice one QR) I'm not sure if anyone's yet mentioned it:-

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/gallery/2010/mar/02/the-gallery-roberto-mancini" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/gall ... to-mancini</a>

I was wondering if 100%Manc has ever entered this - and next week it's ManUre & the Glazers!

ehehe

Edit: here is the GLAZER link, but I don't find any of these particularly clever or funny, despite me thinking they'd be a hoot:-

About as funny as herpes that lot, but I'd expect nothing less from the readership of The Grauniad!

The only one I liked was 'Mean Mancini'....one picture out of nineteen.

Hmmmm. Wish I hadn't bothered.

Meh, not too good overall but worth the look for the golf team building. :D

yeah, that was my favourite too; the only one that really pissed me off were the clowns.

I guess for some, without a developed sense of humour - or for the moaners, nothing much is going to brighten their gloom, ehheeh

but even that can make me giggle

;o)

am i the only one who thinks all of them are utter dog shit and not funny?

No! I've been to funnier funerals!

Got as far as picture 3

That one on here with Mancini as god was 100x better than any on there.

The pink panther and Bellamy with a golf club being the best.

Re: Mancini - lots of them, in the Guardian

if the windowlickers (sorry glaziers) are the next target , I call for an all out offensive (very offensive please) from all our very best photoshoppers , 100%manc is our leader !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Mancini - lots of them, in the Guardian

I don't think I as much as smiled at any of them. Not because I'm anti-anything that takes the piss out of my club, but because I just didn't think any of them were at all amusing.

Now if 100% Manc can come up with the goodies for the Glazer issue I will probably laugh a great deal, because what he does is both very funny and extremely clever

This collection of so-called 'humorous' Mancini cartoons could have been put together by a bunch of primary school kids let loose on a computer for the first time.

Massive fail!

God there are some bitter bastards out there

Its not the subject matter that's the problem - its that they're genuinely not funny! I can laugh at my club as much as the next man (christ knows I've had to over the years), but these so called attempts at humour in this socialist rag are just shit! Truly awful!

As someone said above MASSIVE FAIL!

Re: Mancini - lots of them, in the Guardian

The Guardian has been running its photoshop gallery for a few years now and, to be fair, there has been some pretty good stuff on it.

this was one of the reasons I posted it - although a few of the efforts in Manciti's gallery had me tickled (a few weren't that funny, and one really pissed me off)

judging from what we have here, I would have thought the next free 100 quid bet should be coming into a member of BM, but that said (with whomever judges this competition for the Guardian) and from looking over some of the comments on this thread, there's often no accounting for taste

;oP

;o)))

[and I find it hilarious that some people get all up in arms and offended about a little humour in the newspaper at our expense in this forum, yet spit bile at our own players and management using some of the worst vitriolic language and offensive 'arguments' I've seen anywhere. I wonder if I'm alone in noticing this]
