Don't know if anyone is interested in bidding for this. It's for a really good cause so hopefully lots of money will be raised.

Claudia is a 5 year old happy, little girl who lives at home with her mum, dad, two sisters and baby brother in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire. Early in June 2011, she suffered vomiting followed by a squint to her eye. She had several visits to her GP's followed by various trips to Lincoln County Hospital. She underwent numerous tests including a CT scan, an MRI scan, a Lumber Puncture, X rays and numerous other blood/urine tests etc for her parents to be told she was suffering Gastroenteritis and possibly an Upper Respiratory Infection. In fact, Claudia has an extremely rare brain tumour on her Pineal Gland (a PineoBlastoma) and the cancer has spread (metastatic) across the surface of her brain, into her Brain Stem and into her Spinal Column. This was all 'missed' by the Dr's at Lincoln. This page is to support Claudia, and also her family and friends who have been left devestated by the diagnosis. To date, Claudia has received two high doses of chemotherapy, undergone a successful Stem Cell Harvest, completed 44 sessions, twice daily treatments of High Dose Radiotherapy; treating her whole Brain, her complete Spinal Column and her entire Central Nervous System aswell as intense rays to the centre of her Brain which is the tumour site; and has now received very High Dose Chemotherapy which was so toxic, she needed the return of her earlier harvested Stem Cells (which is in effect a Bone Marrow Transplant) to even allow the treatment to happen. Once this cancer has gone metastatic, life expectancy is usually only 4-6 weeks, we were told Claudia would survive 12 weeks maximum. Most children succumb to this disease within 6-8 months. We are extremely happy to report that Claudia is now approx 7 months in and doing extremely well. It is an extremely aggressive and intense treatment plan and the drugs involved are incredibly poisionous. We, as her family, just pray that they work. We also pray that she is one of the approx 5% of the children that actually go on to beat this disease and continue to grow into beautiful and wonderful children.
