The statement isn't in the quoted part of the post above, so you didn't repeat it, but feel free to lie about that.

You couldn't enforce it, and you know that. Either you were being disingenuous, or you're simply a moron. You decry my "insults" and then not-so-obliquely refer to my supposed approach to all this as a "cowards" way. Here, once again, you've proven yourself to be a hypocrite, or possibly a moron.

Please stick with your original point, as it suits you perfectly.

Ok i didn't say coward originally, I said lacking testicular fortitude...

course he lacks testicular fortitude, hes a tart."

You decry my "insults" and then not-so-obliquely refer to my supposed approach" ,hahahaha

What's wrong, are you unable to comprehend simple English language usage? I haven't even warmed up here and you're already complaining about my syntax and vocabulary, but at least you know your place. Try a remedial English language course and you might not be so resentful of those who write in a different style.

-- Wed Sep 26, 2012 2:19 am --

How am I backtracking if I have just repeated it?

How it would be enforced isn't down to me, it was just my opinion. You didn't like it, but rather than bringing your enforcement argument, you went for insults. Like I said, they don't work online, it's a cowards way.

So I'll stick with my original point, if you don't like it, tough.

Thank you for making my point for me...

Mancini is a winner and he will be hurting as much as the fans. Give the guy a little bit of slack and watch him turn it around. It's not yet time to panic.

Not saying it's the time to panic, but out of curiosity: When is the time to panic?

6 games to go and 8 points behind the top team

I definetly think he's frustrated and angry this season at a few things. I've just read he's annoyed at managers whom always come to the Etihad and cause arguements whilst when the same managers go to Old Trafford they sit on their bench and say nothing. Although I think he's bang on with this comment because quite frankly the majority of managers are shithouses where Fergurson and United are concerned, I do doubt Mancini would have made these comments if everything in the garden was rosy. Possibly a carry on over from the Summer's transfer saga and the team not getting off to a flying start is getting to him. He needs to chill a little more in public and rant more behind the scenes. Although it's noticeable that Arsenal with exactly the same results as us (barring last night) are reported as having a fantastic start to the a season.

Lets hope this is the wake up call he and his staff needed. The team haven't been playing well. Too much pissing about.

Time to regroup and play to our strengths again. Thought our midfield looked weak again without Yaya and no creativity without Silva & Nasri

These problems need to be addressed before the end of the year.

Ooh and we still don't seem to have sorted the pace at which we play. Giving teams too much time to regroup

I'm not gonna start having a pop at Mancini after all the good he's brought to the club. BUT he needs to stop tinkering and get back to basics. Instead of trying to shoe horn some of these new signings in take them out of the firing line and bring back the players and formation that won us the title last year.

WE ARE NOT JUVENTUS or any other Italian side for that token, we are Manchester City, its time to change course and get back to winning ways.

Why should Mancini be pissed off about the summer transfer window? we kept our best players on long term deals, got rid of some deadwood and improved the squad. I do think Mancini looks unhappy but perhaps thats because he had control over Marwood, i mean he publically blamed Marwood for the lack of players however could anyone see him behaving the same against Soriano?

Also to the person who said Mancini will be sacked if we lose to Fulham and Dortmund thats the biggest load of shite I have heard. IMO the board will stick with Mancini through a rough patch hence the new 5 year deal however the only way I can see them getting rid of him is if he alienates the dressing room. We all know that man management is not one of Bobby's strong points but I can't help feeling is he carries on the way he is then he will lose the dressing room the comment about Hart and treatment of Dzeko compared to Mario is quite fankly appalling. Against Arsenal I seriously felt sorry for Edin, he was our best player on the pitch who also looked the most likely to create something and gets subbed when an unfit Aguero who IMO had his worst game for city stayed on the pitch was a joke. What has Dzeko got to do to get a run of games?

He's pissed off for the same reason most of us are pissed off. We are playing like drains. But so are most of the others, so it could be worse.

Really need a sequence of wins to kick start the season. Instead of which we're about to go into another stupid international fortnight. But if we can beat Fulham and Dortmund, it will be a start.

The next three games, played over a 7 day period, are pretty fucking important because they are difficult games which we need to win not just for confidence but to not let slip the two most important competitions we're in.

Mancini being pissed off is all good and well, now lets see if he can get a reaction out of his players.

Need to get back to basics. Clean sheets win trophies. Tighten up at the back (midfield being a major problem defensively) and we'll soon be back on track. We have the quality to score goals even if we don't create as many chances.
