A few occasions he has put on a player, and they have had a great impact. He also seems to drag off players who I, and other I speak to, agree should be taken off, no matter who it is.

Something he should be applauded for, as I have watched to many managers make 'daft' substitutions.

Deffo Ade and I thought second half he would have taken Johnson off a lot earlier and brought Sweep on.Too many times in that second half they created havoc down their left and Jerome was left by himself.
Certainly David Smith looked the part and he should now be playing on a regular basis IMO.
