Palace were prepared to match his wages and pay us 16 million but he would only consider Inter who wouldn't pay us a penny or match his wages. He has had his chances to rebuild his career permenantly.

That Palace stuff was weird, they matched his wages, Mangala knew he is not in City's plans but still refused to go? He must have huge loyalty bonus in his City contract which he collects annually. Can't think of other explanation why he stayed and did not go and try to rebuild his career instead on same wages. Milking it big time

That's a good point , I'm sure there is some arrangement we can come to to get him over to wolves. He has enough to his game to help a club at that level.
