Many City at Blackpool without tickets? and what was it like

Can anyone tell us if a lot of City fans went to Blackpool without tickets, there seem to be a lot on here saying they were going for the weekend and watch the game in the pubs. Did this turn out to be the case? for us watching it on TV there seem to be a lot of City fans still coming in after 10 mins although the stand looked full, why was this?
Who ever went it must have been a cracking day :)
Tell us home a lone fans what it was like:

Pubs, ground, Blackpool fans and how did the police handle the first big game there.

only went in 3 pubs in various parts of Blackpool - all rammed with city.
Thought OB were sound considering they had a lot of contend with in terms of half pissed fans - Ive not had to Q to get in like that anywhere for ages - although I am usually late.
But was all in good humour.
Ground was sound - apart from no beer - and the charges to the front were a laugh.
Did see one lad on the deck - but he got up quick enough - hopefully all well.
Do get a bit sick of the coppers with the video cameras out though

Defo go there again next year, and cant see they will have any problem staying up. Matched us in every respect except world class finishers

Yeh I saw a few without tickets. We basically were funnelled through an alleyway to get to the turnstile so a substantial bottleneck happened but it moved quickly enough. The ones I saw without tickets got turned away looking pretty sheepish having made no real attempt to get in other than just being in the queue.

The reason there was still City fans coming in after 10 minutes was because there was only 2 or 3 turnstiles open, which lead to a massive queue.

Because the pitch was so close to the stand, it was really weird having all the players stood literally a couple of yards away doing the warm-up.

Superb atmosphere inside the ground, I think because of how small the ground was it made everything seem louder.

Overall a top top day, can't imagine another away day bettering that tbh.

well i ended up on the deck after tevez first goal as i fell over the advertising boards . !!! good job as my mate got arrested for chasing after tevez on the pitch !!!!

Near enough everyone was wankered lol. was a top laugh.

Cracking day, First half atmosphere in our end was a bit dull, but second half was good fun.

The 2 "food kiosks" ran out of food midway through half time, and all was left was soft drinks and crisps.

when blackpool scored their first goal, they were still playing that daft song over the tannoy whilst tevez hit the back of the net for our second which was amusing.

top day out and another great 3 points :)
