Anyone hear about the potential transfer ban for Madrid, I'm not sure how likely it is but if it's true it could mean good things for the rest of us ;)

Even if that did happen, they'd be allowed to sign players this summer like Barca did with Suarez and Rakitic. It will be the Windows of Jan 2016 and Summer 2016.

Yeah and in fact, this would cause them to dump money massively into the next summer window before the ban takes place. Not only that when they are banned I'd imagine barca will be going full force in the market to reshape there squad a little.

They are suggesting that the only way we can sign him is by giving him mega wages. I seriously doubt we'd break our wage structure for Marco Reus, especially considering his injury record.
It would be like all the other restructured contracts, a good basic with incentive based bonuses based on performance and playing time. Taking that into account, I doubt we'd be top of his list. Apart from that its the Daily Star, they're more full of shit than a tory party conference.
