I’d prefer Foden and Gomes. We simply don’t need Verratti.
I paid particular attention to him in one of those ICC games and maybe he was rusty but I didn’t think he was accurately passsing or willing to get stuck in. Reminded me of Pogba in that he had a few moments of nice individual skill but didn’t affect the game.I'd prefer the other guy, Rabiot, but think he's staying with PSG
I know it was a bad game to judge him but my gut says he’s not one for us. Even if he could be got.

Come on now. If Verratti is available then the club should be pursuing it. The first priority is to win the Champions League soon, we have been 7 years in CL. Aguero and Silva don't have much time to collect that trophy as both are gone in 2020.I’d prefer Foden and Gomes. We simply don’t need Verratti.
