Quink and a compass but went to a grammar school! I remember a lad who had THFC crudely and boldly etched onto his forearm.

Wow that must have been hard to do. My compass was plastic with rounded corners.
Oh and I am sure it wasn't pointing North all the time.
 
I've had the utmost respect for Rashford since all this started. He seems like he's not out to raise his own profile. Being the recipient of free school meals when I was a kid I know how important this is.

Whilst MPs voted down poor kids getting subsidised meals at Christmas our trough shovelling MPs enjoy these heavily subsidised prices in all their bars and restaurants in the House of Commons.

Would be good now if Rashford could get more high profile people on board to over turn this. Its ridiculous that kids in 2020 are going hungry or parents are. Its needs as many people as possible to put pressure on the government.
This probably more for the political thread,

Our local PM voted against yet we are one of the most deprived areas in the country, for child poverty.

No one should be going hungry in these times, not just kids.
Although my dislike of the club he plays for knows know bounds, I can't criticise Rashford for his efforts in highlighting this appalling scandal.
Fair play to him.

Liverpool FC are stepping in to feed hungry kids after the Conservative Party voted down plans to provide free school meals to the poorest families over the half-term holiday. They will also be donating £200,000 to Liverpool north food bank.

Are they buying it from Edwards the Butchers?
