I've never seen a set of fans kick up such a fuss over a sending off. Full of the idiots on sky sports saying how the sending off of Vermaelen should be over turned and that the FA have been against them all season. Try being in our shoes, we've had the Fa go out of their way to get us in sh*t this season.

I don't think there is a set of fans in the league that moans more then arsenal fans...............Probably everton

Yeah stick another one on for good luck. But haven't the Arse got 'men' at the FA? Wouldn't surprise me in the least if he gets off. If the FA can let the Gerrard two finger and forearm smash go unpunished that that little bit of fluff is wholly insignificant!

They did have but he resigned last night.

Arsenal and Spuds fans a complete nutters. They go mad at every decision, that goes against them, ffs it's only a game, I mean I'll swear alot but I don't get angry at the telly.

Sat watching an Arsenal game when Ramsey got injured, this lad went into such a mental breakdown he shouted for 5 minutes just because of that injury, I think if anyone had said 'Actually he went for the ball and it wasn't a bad tackle' he would have bitten thier head off, literally not metaphorically. I wouldn't call them more passionate than me but so much more agressive it is untrue.

Personally on this occasion i think they have been hard done to, but lots of teams get shit decisions over a season its just Arsenal bleat more than most. The question Fa should be answering is what does Sir Steven Gerrard have to do to warrant a Red Card.

he's the one who slagged off ade immediately after the van persie incident and goal celebration ensuring that ade's case was headlined in the media, fast tracked through the fa & had no chance of a fair hearing especially as they got clattenburg to change his story. good riddance to the twat.

If i was arsenal i would simply show the the vidic penalty incident in the cup final and ask why one was a red card and one wasnt

it was wrong t send vermaelen off...it was never a red card for his tackle...so in this they have a right to moan... same can go for Ade's latest sent off... it shouldnt have happened... but sadly these things happens every year and moaning about it will not help the cause... Gerrard should have had a violent conduct for his elbow but they didnt take that in... and the press (meedya) isnt helping either with them selecting to show some offences tons of times but ignore to show others.. the world isnt fair... but its down to us as fans and club to approach it the right way

The ref gave a foul. As the arse defender was the last man it had to be a sending off. If the ref has reviewed the video and still thinks it was a foul, then a one match ban is correct.

Those are the rules. We've seen it handed out a few times this season, it just makes a refreshing change when it happens to one of the Sky four.

Arsenal have always been a girly lot, spiteful, snidey, spitty, hair-pullers - if they were a kid at school they'd be the one that sneaks in a kick then runs and hides behind a dinner lady.

They are not the rules. There is no such rule as "Last man". The rule is the opponent has the ball under control and is in an obvious goal scoring opportunity"
