Mario

I doubt anyone who would be able to buy him would actually do that beside maybe AC Milan.

I don't see him coming back to Inter and can't see anyone else ready to pay fair money for him. Only maybe, but heavily maybe AC.

Balotelli is one of those purchases that bring big risk with it. Obvious potential and hoping he'd settle down and he still did not but hard to get rid off if decide to do it.

Not the only one in our team though, it's easier to win lottery than to get rid off some of City players bought in earlier takeover days.

City should never go on that route again, I wouldn't personally buy any too strong character player, they usually bring more bad than good things.

It is obvious that Yaya and Mario don't like each other. They again start to fight (that is the second time that we know about the fight). I think Mario bring trouble in this team by his childish behavior and my opinion is that boss needs to sell Mario (or loan him to conference league team where he can play all for him self). He does not love this team and does not respect other players. I am sorry just for his fans who really loved him and expected from him to bring us title.
And do not defend Balo with comments like "He is talented". Talent is wasted if you do not work hardly to improve your self.
Also I read one of Will Smiths wisdoms that I personally like:

“If you don’t dedicate yourself to becoming better every single day, you will never be able to communicate with people the way that you want.”

Officially had enough of Balotelli now. Love his banter and he's a great rough talent (as everyone agrees) But he's such a liability in a title race, need more Kompany, Yaya, Aguero type personalities than that of Mario. Gamble has failed, sell him and let use enjoy his entertainment value from a safe distance.

Spot on mate, can't see Martinez, Higuain, Hummels etc being anything but in the mold of Kompany and co

We'll see how highly rated Balotelli is when...

We put him up for sale....

Personally I doubt we'll recoup our 23-24M outlay.

Re: We'll see how highly rated Balotelli is when...

I honestly believe that in a country where he is not hounded by the media, stalked every move he makes, criticised for the things others aren't and ref'd not for being Balotelli he can be one of the mostly deadly strikers in the world. JUst isn't gonna happen in England though. Well done Media. You win.

Re: We'll see how highly rated Balotelli is when...

If we get half what we payed I'd be happy..and surprised

We'll be lucky to get 18m back for this clown.

I'll be glad to see the cult of Balotelli go too. You'd think the media got him sent off today.

Not a cat in hell's chance of getting that back for him. He's a loose cannon, who is no use to any club sat up in the stand serving his latest suspension. If we get 15-20m for him, the club should grab it.

Re: We'll see how highly rated Balotelli is when...

There is only one place he can go: Milan.

Re: We'll see how highly rated Balotelli is when...

I wonder if Anzhi, PSG or Malaga fancy another big-money signing...

Re: We'll see how highly rated Balotelli is when...

A good scenario would be for him go to Inter on loan for a season with Ibrahimovic coming to us (on loan) as part of the deal.

That would give Mario a chance to mature (hopefully) and get his head right for 2013/14.

If we do sell him in the summer, there'll be a queue of prospective buyers from Italy, Spain and France and we'll at least get our money back... He'll return to haunt us one day if we do sell him.

the medja have created the myth

the medja creates the witch hunt that they don't for other players doing exactly the same or worse

he's a problem child no doubt, but the rag medja exacerbate it x 1000

Except Zlatan plays for Milan....

I'd sell, I dont buy the whole Mario thing. The talent doesnt match the hype. Lets get something back for him before others cotton on.....

Jose knew it, we know it....

We may have trouble getting rid of him. He's a disruptive influence and it'll take a strong manager who takes him on.

Oops... It's been a long day...

He'll want to go to Milan. He has unfinished business in Italy, and wants to push for the national team. Its the team he supports, not to mention that it would be sticking two fingers up to Inter. If Mancini has reached his limit with him (as I think we all have) and Milan want him we should be able to squeak £15-18mil for him. As I said earlier, its not acceptable for a title competing team to have a striker who will gain 2 & 1/2 red cards per game and fight with his own team. Get rid, and hopefully bring in one of; RVP, Higuain , Cavani.
