The problem for me is he seems to have no idea what failure looks like. And make no mistake with the addition of 10 players and shedloads of money spent we have managed to finish just above Stoke City. No disrepect intended to them.

I've been asking the same question for ages, you won't get an answer I'm afraid, just abused and told we need stability.

The most successful manager of all time, whoever, had a period in their managerial career when they had won nowt. Hughes is following a well-worn path to success.
