He certainly wants to sack his defensive coaches the last game pretty much summed up his tenure, fantastic going forward and shocking in defence.
I was quite sad to see him go the way he did but he has still quite a bit to learn imo that fact that Frank brought him in then we were sold pretty much straight away did him no favours, I think if the mega money didn't come in he would have had more time.
But spending £200+ I'm affraid you're going to be judged alot harsher if things don't go well, I also think he made some bad buys in the last window, players like Adebayor and Toure were quite obviously second choice and I think he's paid the price for that.
Not saying they aren't obviously quality players but Ades a bit of a sulker and Toure really hasn't looked the part, can you imagine the possability of it being Eto and Terry instead?
But let's not whinge too much eh? then mans got a huge chunk of cash in a pay of and I'm sure the next club he will go to will benefit from his time with us, I just don't think he's quite at the stage of a top 4/6 club.
