Now that Manchester Bar One on Grey Mare Lane appears to have closed I am looking for a new match day pub, preferably fairly close to the Etihad. Any ideas please ?

Never really drink near the ground any more, but The Townley was always OK. Personally think you’re better off drinking in town and getting a taxi/tram or walking to the ground though.

There aren’t any pubs near the ground, it’s crap. Better just staying in town now
