Very rarely watch Match of the day these days anyway (because of the poor pundits) will just fast forward through to the highlights
Now we don't even have to watch motd to see everything. When I grew up motd was the only way to watch the highlights. Now there's streams, channel's, YouTube, dailymotion, more live games etc... So anything half decent that happens has already been seen.

Motd is on life support. Can't see it being around too much the concept is out-dated.

You are right about availability. However, the concept is still valid as it provides a convenient montage of all that day's matches.

As such you would think it deserves some half-decent presenters....

I take the BBC wants to lose the PL highlights package then?
6 years of ITV spending 3/4 of their show with the rags and maybe a goal from another game.

Par for the course when you want to privatise a successful business, put a load of dickheads at the helm, balls it up and bobs your uncle !!!

Can't stand either of them but at least Neville kind of speaks English rather than 'I'm so hard and try and speak like a wapper' wio

I thought Ferdinand was okay at the World Cup.

Offered a surprising amount of up-to-date insight unlike the dinosaurs they've had sat opposite Lineker for FAR TOO LONG.

A BBC football presenter who can't bring himself to mention the champions of England by name. He's small time, petty, and completely unprofessional.
I won't be watching.

Correct he lets himself down as not a bad pundit.........Neville ffs

Maybe somebody will teach him how to pronounce his much used word ABILITY. and tell him it has a t in it. as does, Tosser. !
