I cant see a thread on this.

If you signed up to receive the programmes and magazine, how do you get them? i persumed they would be emailed to you but haven't heard anything.

Any help much appreciated.

You need to log in to your account from the 'your city' link at the top of the website. Then you will see the mag and programmes listed at the bottom.

No you need to log in to the city website with your customer number and then go to your account and the option to view programmes and the magazine.

Not the best - takes quite a few seconds for it to become readable and there isnt an option to print it off that I noticed.

I too expected an email with them attached but found them by chance when checking my points. Pretty poor overall that they didnt even tell us they were available online.
