Kolarov got up the wing a number of times a bit greedy at times when he would of been better to pass it. 7
Richards Solid got forward when he could and coped well in the defence. 8
Kompany strong in the air and coped well with Jones. 8
Lesscot solid him and Kompany may have the centre back pairing for next season. 8
Barry mr average gets in ahead of Milner did well but tired in the second half. 7
De Jong worked hard in breaking up the play and passed it simple when he plays like that he is the best defensive midfielder in the league. 9
Yaya scored the winner but for long periods he was like the invisable man. When Barry went off he looked better. 7
Silva had him first goalscorer should of done better with his first chance created chances I cant wait to see what he will be like next season. 8
Tevez average for Tevez standards but the injury would play some part tired late on. 7
Balotelli the boy done us proud today. He was strong he could of lost the plot when he got the elbow but went on and played maybe his best game since he came. Work rate was there and was so unlucky not to score. 9 just motm for me.
Johnson done well when he came on 1 good run and if the final ball was better there could of been another goal. 6

Richards: 8 - solid perfomance
Kolarov: 7 - pretty good going forward, but struggled with Pennant
Lescott: 8 - strong in the air
Kompany: 9 - tower at the back, masterfully defended
De Jong: 9 - won every 50/50 ball, full of passion
Silva: 7.5 - some great touches, but missed two good chances and passing got sloppy in late game
Barry: 7 - quiet game but did the stuff
Toure: 9 - as ever a tower, great goal
Tevez: 7.5 - played a bit deeper than usual, but kept Stoke guessing
Balotelli: 7.5 - shielded the ball well and was at the heart of the goal

Richards-7 Got down the flank but didn't do much when he got forward
Lescott-7 Composed and didn't put a foot wrong apart from Jones' chance
Kompany-6 Poor by his usual impeccable standards, gave away unnecessary free kicks in dangerous areas
Kolarov-7 Gave the forwards some great balls from the left, corners generally spot on, shots lacking somewhat

De Jong-9 Broke up pretty much every Stoke attack, plus played some nice through balls to the forwards
Barry-7 Usual solid performance, defended well and got forward to support when needed, tired late on
Yaya-8 Ran himself into the ground, scored the winner and got forward whenever he could

Silva-7 Linked up nicely with Tevez on a couple of occasions, but missed a couple of absolute sitters
Tevez-7 Looked horribly out of shape but gave the Stoke defence lots of problems
Balotelli-9 Absolutely sublime throughout. Gave Stoke loads of worries, couple of great shots and held it up well despite playing on the wing. Deserved MOTM.
