If Raz and Gundy took their chances, could’ve been 3 goals up by half-time. Some good stuff. Lads went to sleep as the game wore on. Defending in the box is good.

Mahrez needs to track back. Simple balls from Kev. Can Bernardo and Kev not play together? Feels like Bernardo is a little off (maybe I’m overthinking it). Sure Pep will have some words.

Come on lads. They are there for the taking.
 
We should have put this to bed early. But as ever our forwards are too wasteful. Mahrez probably the most effective forward...and i'm in with the whole FFS thing normally. Sterling hasnt done much aside from waste golden chances...yes he has a goal but its a free header. Kev clearly rattled by how effective gundog has been in his absence, because i feel its not rust thats holding him back today, its more like he's trying too hard...

Aguero will change this.
 
Is bernardo a luxury today ? Maybe swap him with Rodri. We need more muscle in midfield today

I think the temptation when you are dominant is to win as economically as possible baring in mind the bigger picture (4 trophies up for grabs).
 
You can see the rustyness in KDB but the game will do him the world of good. Just need to be a bit tighter down Cancelos side and Mahrez offers him fuck all protection when Cancelo has such a free range.
 
Should have seen them off 1st 15 mins. Let them play through the middle for the last 20 mins there.
