Does Foden command a starting place recently?

Had an assist from a deflection last match but besides that he just passes backwards.

Grealish or Sterling would be slated for it.

I don’t understand how some can think he’s slow.
He’s a fast lad, as you’ll have seen when he plays on the break - the tempo plays at is the tempo Pep wants of him and if Pep says quick he’ll move it quick.
If he wasn’t playing how Pep wanted he’d not play.
Yeah even when he's not running fast he's a quick dribbler which chages the look of the game on the left. You could play anyone on the left and they would do as well as phil right now.

I’ve got a full bingo card of all the players being shit. Sometimes, just sometimes you need to question the system.

We were good the first 15 min, and the we've been shit. Not urgrncy at all. Only KDB is trying to go forward. Gundogan and Foden awful. Bernardo invisible, and Walker beyond awful. We'll be better for sure

Bernie has a couple of tricks up his sleeve, no way would we sub him.
I think Phil is the one I would hook based on his hesistance to try much of anything that half but it’s not like Bernie is pulling up trees, either.

I thought we started brightly. Opening 20 mins was very good. Downhill significantly after that.

Walker is seeing far too much of the ball. Why we keep finding ourselves giving our least technical player so much possession is beyond me.

The wide players need to get into the game more and actually attack the full backs.

Gundo has been absolutely woeful.

Villa are there for the taking, we just need to step it up a level.
