Ake at left back, Gvardiol and Dias orthodox centre backs, Akanje and Stones in mid, Rico off and if we manage to get one Kovacic on for one of the forwards to shore up midfield. Missing KDB, Rodri, Grealish and Doku would affect any team.

he needs to move Bernardo central and shove Alvarez into Fodens place putting Foden out right. Alvarez doesn't have the touch to deal with this press in midfield and some experience is needed to give Stones and Lewis easy passing options
