Mendy’s mistakes take the phrase “school boy defending” to new levels though.

Didn’t listen to Gundogan, took a bizarre touch then his technique in the attempted jockey and tackle was embarrassing. I have really wanted him to return to his best but it’s just not happening.

Others made just as bad mistakes, on the other hand Mendy should have had 2 assists today.
