Anyway, Foden, Haaland, Gundo and Bernardo are not creating enough, amd even then we are 3 times more dangerous than them.

If they get to their usual attacking level we will easily win it.

Rodri and Dias really brilliant on defense so far.

If we were playing our normal formation we’d be winning this now. We’ve basically sacrificed Foden being up high against Milner and Gomez, which I can’t really understand.

Playing this way requires lots of movement and momentum from Gundogan, Bernado and De Bruyne, and only Bernado is doing it today.

Still believe we’ll win, but we’re paying them too much respect at the moment.

Not a great half for us but by no means awful. We just need our midfield to get more involved and I’d like to see Foden and Gundo, in particular, get their heads and look to move the ball forwards rather than stop, turn, back pass.
Haaland is getting into some great positions - we just need to find him.

Grealish on, Gundo off, Foden to the right, Grealish to left, KDB in the middle?
We need Bernardo imo deeper to help bringing up the ball as they mark Rodri well also Bernardo putting in some much needed tackles.

but Grealish aint the man when you need a goal or an assist in a tight situation.. at least not in City most if the time.

would send Alvarez to warm up too.

Thought we had the better chances, should've arguably gone in 1 up. Not liking the performance from a view so far, hoping we up the tempo in the second half.

Can someone else clarify for me that it seems that Bernardo is under instruction to slow the tempo down? Seems a odd performance from him so far.
