I wanted to respond to the guys who asked, Why no Jovetic or Kolarov: The reason is obvious. MP is very practical and calculating;

Panti: Back up Keeper
Zaba: Backup fulback; Can play either fullback position. Having him an Kolarov will be a waste of a possible position
Lescott: Backup Center back
Silva: Back up creative AM. He is why Jojo is not on the bench.
Garcia: Back up Central Mid. He is the guy most want out for either Jojo or Kolarov, but I bet had this been Rodwell most wouldn't see a problem. Even though Garcia has been superior to Rodwell this season. But shhhh! Don't tell anyone, he is shit.
Milner: Backup Winger
Negredo: backup Striker.

It is not only a well thought out starting lineup, but also a well thought out bench.

I am becoming more of a Pellegrini fan with every rational decision he makes.
