Is Jesus playing
Ask the Fulham defence.

Fairly sure they’ll answer with a resounding “yeah, tell the **** to stop ****ing running about!”

Just because he hasn’t been getting many touches doesn’t mean he’s not making a substantive contribution to our dominance.

Try to see the entire chessboard.

First 20 minutes much better than the rest. It is clear to me that we just don’t have the fitness to play our game for 90 minutes. Our old style was on display: one and two touch football with constant motion and interchange. We tired though and settled into having possession and a lead which is fine enough but we need to be able to play that high intensity, high press, high movement play for longer spells if we want to win the major competitions

Who do you think is creating all the space for Sterling ?

Not just Sterling but also KDB. Do people think KDB is waltzing through the midfield because Fulham just forget he is playing? Jesus is dragging them all over the place to create the pockets KDB is getting into.

Rodri has also been excellent at putting KDB into those pockets when they open up.

Last two league games, admittedly against two teams near the bottom, we've looked back to our best. You can see some good partnerships forming too.

Superb first half.

Everyone working for each other,KDB and Gundogan have done particularly well at pressing and recovering. The defence hasn't had much to do but Dias just oozes authority and class.Mahrez looks like he has carried his form/confidence into this game too.

Jesus is playing a brilliant team game, open your eyes if you are being critical.

Playing with loads more energy and we look miles better for it.

Some poor ends to moves and poor finishing though.

Better but still miles off yet.
