But people are calling him out for making mistakes whilst everyone else is, hes been no worse than Akanji or Grealish
Difference is they’ve shown enough in previous games to not get criticised. Haven’t seen anything from Phillips and he’s had the same amount of time as Akanji.
 
Disappointed with McAtee and I`m a massive fan of his.
His first touch at this level is being tested.

He may be silky on the ball, but hes no Merlin when its passed to him, we a bit spoiled by players who can trap a ball cleanly.
 
Part of me thinks being 6 points down by then would be a good thing as the rest of the league knows we can claw it back and then some.

If it’s 6 points behind the Rags we’ll be up against it, the two most dodgy decisions of last season went for them against us, you just can’t trust the bent officiating in some games. I’m not paranoid, most of the time the refereeing is fair but with the aid of VAR those decisions against us last season we’re utterly bent.
