The question really is, can pep be bothered to re-invent the team again?

The season is drifting. The performances lack invention and energy.

These type of performances will have pep doubting is motivation skills and whether he wants to go again.

In many of his interviews he alludes to this himself. I think the days of long legacy's like Ferguson and Wenger had are gone for good. A half decent manager might stay long-term at a club happy with mid table/top six and the odd cup run, a bit like a Eddie Howe at Bournemouth. Even then fan's get impatient and start thinking they should be doing better so they usually go too. Curbishley at Charlton was a perfect example.
