That's because when Mahrez has had the ball in a possible attack on two occasions he has given the ball back to the bar codes. The players don't trust him.

Nah, every single forward had misplaced passes. From de Bruyne to Sterling. Since he doesn't get the ball often so it stands out more and some here like to make a meal of it. I do think that there's a distrust or at least a reluctance to give him the ball though.
