If we can get a goal before 70 mins I fancy us to win we are playing well just need some luck against these for once

Handball rule adopts the 'T-shirt line'
From the start of the 2020/21 season, the point at which the arm stops and the shoulder begins will now be written into the laws of the game as the "T-shirt line". The new ruling aims to allow match officials to "differentiate more clearly" between the arm and shoulder.

Apparently thats the rule-looked way too close to change the decision.

Although individual mistakes cost us it's down to Pep. He's the manager and he now needs to come up with a solution. We lost nine times in the league last year, Arsenal beat us in the fa cup, Lyon schooled us in the champions league and even the worst rag team since they were relegated in 1974 beat us three times. This season has started even worse than the last.
Every player has an expiration date. Kompany, Agüero, Fernandinho and David Silva are world class players. They have not been replaced. Pep is the best manager in the world to get there maximum it of world class players. But does he have that now?

I don't think the problem is Pep.
