Agreed. Thought Kyle was a bit sloppy with his passing and Spurs pressed very aggressively in the midfield, largely nullifying KDB and BS. Good game but we find it much easier to concede than score, still.
Yes his passing into the midfield has been a little off at times, but even so his recovery at the back is invaluable to his at times. Spurs have had to do a lot of chasing that half and you’re right they’ve pressed well in that midfield area, big ask to do it for 90 minutes, KDB only needs one moment to thread something through and create a clear cut opportunity.

Pretty good first half if it wasn't for Laporte's fuck up.

That VAR decision from Dean is a joke. It's hit the top of his arm, that's not a handball under the new rules. Fucking pricks.

Foden and Sterling on for Bernardo and Mahrez please Pep.

Despite his lovely finish, Laporte looks a bit shaky whenever Spurs dare cross the halfway line.
In all but one occasion his new buddy, who looks immense, has bailed him out.

The positions our full backs get into cause a lot of stress on our defence....and it’s not as if they are having a major impact further up the pitch at the moment.

do we deserve anything when marhez is chosen in front of foden
Mahrez is top class and a former PFA player of the year who scored a pearler in the week. I would rather have PF on the pitch but let's not make the usual scapegoat because you decided before the game started who it would be.

Far too many players not performing. Pep can’t change what they do on the pitch but you can stop selecting them to play in the first place. Bernie and mahrez have offered nothing this season and do not deserve to play.
