I'd take him but thankfully we have Zaba and Micah, the rags could do worse than replace pubehead with Debuchy, they get pubehead's attacking ability but also a better defender.

We don't need another right back and I wouldn't risk playing Debuchy at left back.
We either buy an upgrade on Kolarov or keep what we have.

In theory yes, but hardly a good idea to reshuffle both your full backs when only one is injured.

I imagine if there is any truth in this it will mean Micah converting to CB or even more likely would be Zab competing with Clichy for the LB slot. He played there alot there in our FA cup winning season, played well there too.

That I would not get at all.
Micah is not a center back, he doesn't have positional disicipline for it in my opinion as he likes to get forward too much and forget he hvs space behind that the opposition can exploit.
Zaba can be a left back, but I would rather we just get a natural replacement/ upgrade.
Coentrao is up for grabs by all accounts so why don't we just go for him??
He would improve our defense going forward if anything, Clichy is a top defender but poor going forward.
