Been released by Yorkshire. I would personally love to see him at Lancs after last season's debacle with having to get seam bowlers on loans.

Hoggy won't be playing any internationals so he would have a full season.

Should never have let Cork go.

What do other people think about Hoggard at Lancs?

Agree on Corky,but not on Hoggy.
Lancs really should be setting their sights higher.
Useful seamer in his day,but prone to injuries,is nearly 33 and,(this one I cannot forgive),is a Yorkshireman.
Worse still,is from Leeds.
Urgh.

Not for me thank you, if he aint good enough for Yorkshire then why should he be good enough for Lancashire

Heard an interview with Hoggard this morning where he was complaining about being let go and not being offered a new contract.

Yorkshire have now come out and said that they did offer him a contract at the start of the season, which Hoggard rejected.

Yorkshiremen arguing about money? Who'd have thunk it?

I'd take him as a short term solution. We have struggled at times to bowl sides out.
