I hope we're balls deep.
Mino Raiola has his track record speaking for himself. How the hell do agents like Mino persuade kids of this age that their "services" are worth tens of millions of pounds?
What exactly do they offer that is worth such ludicrous recompense?
Koulibaly is so under rated by everyone except Napoli. He’s one of the best defenders in the world and is great on the ball. Only problem is he would cost £100m+.
Agree he’s a fantastic player but Napoli and that arse of an owner make it impossible. He’d want an oil field let alone 100m.
We wont get De Ligt...sadly
Maguire is better than most on here are hinting
Remember everyone thought the Dippers overpaid for VVD because he only played for Saints (although I'm not gonna suggest Maguire will be as good a VVD)
Think Maguire would do well for us, even if it's a tad underwhelming
I'm not sure many thought this.
City certainly seemed to think so judging by the clips on the documentary. He was seriously pricey though he's obviously been worth it for Liverpool.
I don't remember him saying that but you may be right. I think exceptional players do sometimes require exceptional fees , I would love to sign De Ligt but suspect he's Barca bound.Interesting though in the documentary that khaldoon also said that if we have to then we have to? I really would put an £80m bid if for De Ligt ASAP! Even if we just signed De Ligt and rhodri this summer we are stronger?
Not seen a Raiola player that wasn’t a cockend. De Ligt seems a decent enough bloke time will tell.Mino Raiola has his track record speaking for himself.
He is hated. Everyone is saying he is a greedy bastard. But one thing is for sure, he is getting his players big deals and contracts. Look at Donnaruma at Milan AC. Paul Pogba at Man United.
He is so good that his clients have complete faith in him and clubs are forced to give him those fat checks if they want those players. He even manages to place some random guys in "ghost transfers" in big clubs so that they are able to get the lead for his star clients.
He is maybe despicable for everyone in the football, be it the clubs, the UEFA, the FIFA, but he is truly well loved by his players. And if de Ligt, specifically, went to him, it shows everything about what that player hopes to get.
You must remember Dax is on a higher level that the board and Pep. He was able to remind everyone straight after the Spurs CL exit how he’d said “we can’t afford to lose the first game”, if only Pep and Txiki had access to such information prior to the game.City certainly seemed to think so judging by the clips on the documentary. Agreed. 6 years on maguire too and tbh I wasn’t impressed when we played themWe need to be all out for this. He's a generational talent at a position we have a need for. If Maguire is worth 60m spend 100m on this guy.
Has nothing to do with paying more, its all to do with how much he wants to join De Jong at barcelona. Sounds like that out weighs everything else.We need to be all out for this. He's a generational talent at a position we have a need for. If Maguire is worth 60m spend 100m on this guy.
How much are Barca going to spend in the summer, that’s the question isn’t itHas nothing to do with paying more, its all to do with how much he wants to join De Jong at barcelona. Sounds like that out weighs everything else.
Matuidi is a Raiola client. Not seen a Raiola player that wasn’t a cockend. De Ligt seems a decent enough bloke time will tell.
