maybe a stupid question abou our shop

Try to send an email several times to customerservices@shop.mcfc.co.uk , but get a failure reply everytime... Found the address on the os. Any ideas? And no, I will not call them :-)

I fell for that email address too about a year ago.

No reply.

Then I rang the shop and it was a waste of time. When they eventually answered they were no help at all.
