Ok..i will test the feeling on this one. Lets say for instance we do get a new manager, and that manager is Pep.

Would you take us signing Cesc Fabregas ???

Would love him.

Him and silva would be our version of xavi and iniesta

I would agree with that totally. Don't be surprised that if Pep should take over, and it is a big IF, then I could see us targetting Fabregas in the summer.

Yes, he is an absolutely immense player but I'm not sure he'll want to leave. Vilanova is using him better than Pep did and getting better performances out of him. 9 assists and 5 goals in 15 games!

Ouch - thats bumped his value up a notch then LOL. There's not a chance he could return to Arsenal : )

Why not Alcantara or Isco ?

Both of them please.

Isco is the new Iniesta.... don't know if Alcantara could be considered the new Xavi. A bit more attack-minded I'd say, but will be one heck of a player for sure.
I'd say Fabregas is the one closest to Xavi atm.

I think we have more of a chance in signing Isco, but if we could sign Alcantara then that would be an excellent signing.

yes. I can see us getting fabregas and maybe even another creative mid as well.

cant have too many good footballers.

Re: who'd be our Xavi:
We have Nasri whom I think would be fantastic in a Xavi-like position. The player in our squad most comfortable on the ball I'd say, together with Silva, rarely gives it away and one of the most accurate passers in the PL.
If, and that's a strictly hypothetical situation, Pep came here I wouldn't rule out him using Samir in such a position.

All day every day and anyone who wouldn't have him is an absolute fucking idiot, no exceptions. He'd be an absolutely fantastic signing for us
